I am the Mark Claster Mamolen Professor of Law & Technology at Georgetown Law Center in Washington, DC. I teach and write about copyright law, surveillance and information privacy law, and the governance of the networked information society. You can access most of my publications via this site by clicking on the menu links.

I’m a co-author (with Lydia Loren, Ruth Okediji, and Maureen O’Rourke) of Copyright in a Global Information Economy, a casebook on copyright law. To visit the support website for the book, click here.
